PixBatch is a product developed by NineApps, a UK-based software creator focused on providing Shopify plugins that simplify and improve the merchant experience. Your privacy is important to us, and this policy outlines how we handle data within the PixBatch app.

Information Collection

PixBatch does not collect, store, or transmit any personal customer information. The app operates entirely within the Shopify admin environment and only processes images the merchant chooses to upload for use within their store.

Use of Uploaded Images

Uploaded images are used solely for the purpose of creating photo collages and batch-assigning them to selected products within the merchant’s store. These files are not transmitted to any third-party services unless explicitly configured by the merchant to do so.

Cookies and Tracking

PixBatch does not use cookies or embed any tracking scripts in your storefront or admin area. All functionality remains local to the Shopify admin interface.

Third-Party APIs

If the merchant chooses to use optional features (e.g., collage generation using an AI image API), some image data may be sent to a third-party service. All such transmissions are visible to the merchant and are only made when those features are explicitly used.

Data Retention

PixBatch does not retain any uploaded data on external servers. All data lives within the Shopify store or is temporarily cached in memory during the plugin session.
